I have gained such valuable knowledge from my experience as a Bikini Competitor and years of training in the gym, previously I worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Now I coach people one to one remotely because I LOVE helping individuals work towards their ideal body goals and I can support my clients no matter where they are or where I am in the world! That's pretty mega.
What can I offer you?
High quality support is provided to you from Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm when I am available to answer any questions via the messaging board, as well as respond to your check - ins and update plans accordingly. You will receive a video call from me once a week so we can catch up properly, you can feedback to me and discuss everything that is going well or not so well - No week is perfect and we all slip up time to time! This way I can support you to the best of my ability and you get the time you deserve. All I ask is you check in with me once per week, update your stats and include your progress pictures (if you are comfortable to do so) and be honest with me about your weekly wins or downfalls. This way we can work together in the best way possible to get you where you want to be physically and mentally.

My monthly diet plans are perfect if you want to improve your diet, become more calorie controlled across your daily meals in order to achieve your physique goal or healthier lifestyle!
This doesn't mean starving yourself! That's not how I work you'll be glad to know! Meals will be tailored to make you feel more full and satisfied .
I will help you become more aware of different food types and food swaps to add variety to meals , thus enabling you to enjoy your diet more!
You will check in with me weekly just like my other coaching programmes! (including stats and photos), photos can be optional if you are not comfortable with this.
Weekly check ins are SO important so I can closely track your progress for you - this is part of what your paying for so stay accountable to me as your coach.
